Sending your guest list
Guests type their name and see their table, so we need each guest's name and table. Whichever is easiest:
- Using an RSVP or seating app (Zola, The Knot, Joy, RSVPify…)? Once tables are assigned, download your guest list and send us the file as it is. We leave out anyone who declined.
- Keeping your own list? Fill in our template, one row per guest. Opens in Excel, Numbers or Google Sheets. A second sheet, “Example”, shows a filled-in list.
How to send it: email or text the file to us. Please don't type your guest list into this page; it stays private between you and us.

Numbers files can't be read by the screen, so please send your list as an Excel file:
- Mac: in Numbers, choose File → Export To → Excel…, then Next and Export. Attach the new .xlsx file.
- iPhone or iPad: in Numbers, tap the ⋯ button, then Export (or Share → Export and Send), choose Excel, and pick Mail or Messages to send it.
- Google Sheets: File → Download → Microsoft Excel (.xlsx).

- First Name, Last Name and Table are all you need. A table can be a number or a name: 5, 12A, Head Table.
- Group (optional): the same words for people who arrive together, like “Williams family”. When one finds their table, the screen shows the others under “Arriving with you”.
- Plus One (optional): Yes for one person or a number such as 2 if you don't know their names (the screen shows “Guest of Aaliyah Brown”), or their names, like Grace Okafor.
- Nickname (optional): another name the guest might type, like Ken for Kenneth.
- Name on Screen (optional): how the name should look, for titles like Dr. or Rev.
